While we all take time out from our busy lives, albeit to stay indoors and find things to keep ourselves entertained, educated and amused, some things never change. The change of seasons is one of them, and if you have the opportunity to leave your abode for some much-appreciated exercise, then you will more than likely be taking more note of how lovely this time of year is.
Thalassa is lucky to also have an abundance of swallows at this time of year, all having travelled thousands of miles to come and next at the resort. They are beautifully noisy, fly around at alarmingly low levels, swooping and ducking as they go. They are a wonderful sight to behold and we love having them here, as our current guests!
A walk around Thalassa at the moment provides such a bright explosion of colour, with deep red poppies springing up all over the place, mixed with bright yellows, greens and blues. Our fig trees, although not fruiting currently are all looking very healthy, along with our olive trees, dotted all over the resort. The lawns giving that lush look, give such a great colour comparison against the blue of the sea and the pool. It really is a great time of year, so please enjoy, as much you all possibly can at this time – don’t worry, we are here, ready to welcome you, as soon as you can get here!
