During the wintertime and when we start thinking about the holiday season for the coming year (and we will have one, we are determined it will be so!), we look back through the reviews we receive via various platforms, but the big one is always Google of course!
We always encourage guests to leave us a review after their stay, good or bad, to help us keep on our toes, as well as to help with promoting the resort to the wider world.
Generally we have been very pleased to see 4 and 5 star reviews dominate our google reviews, 75% being 5 Stars, which is great to see! Whilst many just leave their Stars, some do take time to write a little note or two, just to help get across why they enjoyed their time with us. Below are a few over the last few years, and we look forward to seeing many more in 2021!
