It has been a long time for many of our property owners since they last all had an evening together. The yearly owner’s party has not been held for the last two years due to the covid pandemic sadly, but they certainly made up for lost time this year!
One of our property owners at Thalassa recently chose to host part of their wedding celebrations with us at Thalassa, right on the beach!
It’s a beautiful time of year here in sunny North Cyprus, and at Thalassa we are ready for the arrival of many families for the Easter holidays.

A lovely aspect to having a multicultural culture in North Cyprus, is that some celebrations happen twice! We recently held an Easter event for our community that uses the Western/Christian calendar and last weekend saw one for the Orthodox Christian faith, which uses the Julian calendar.
Our easter egg hunt and entertainment day went very well, with lots of fun for everyone!
It’s now time for most of us to celebrate an Easter weekend, traditionally a time to celebrate the belief in the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
